Only stayed one night on a lay-over. Staff were super kind and very friendly. They helped me out as much as possible. Place was nice and comfortable. Great for price.

The staff was kind and helpful. However, the location is perfect for transfer travel from Istanbul to other places. It is completely safe, and they provide the VIP transfer service and manage everything.
The weak point is that breakfast is not included in their services.
