The rooms were really nice and our children love them. The room is large and the children sleeping area is slightly separated from the main bed, which makes it very convenient. The main improvement I can suggest is the breakfast that could be abit richer
Very small details like the breakfast being good but not great and the fact that the shuttle for Gardaland actually leaves a few hundred meters from this hotel, in front of the main Gardaland hotel

The room itself was perfect (Arctic). The hotel itself looks nice and clean.
The staff wasn't too nice - but did it job correctly.
The pool requires sea cap from everyone (male and female) which seems like a way to make more money (7 euros for each). The pool was ok, the food was ok, it's obviously very close to Gardaland but far from other attractions around Lake Garda.

No AC in the shuttle to the park, but I guess that a general problem in Europe.

The rooms have themes which are nice for the kids. The location is convenient to reach Gardaland and the shuttle service is very convenient. Buffet dinner is available in the nearby wonder hotel from the same management.
The breakfast is mediocre and expensive. Prices are high but it's a premium to pay for the convenience and theme. Shuttle service stops outside the parking garage which is a bit of a walk with toddlers. Please make it stop inside...
Smoking everywhere! There are smoking zones scattered throughout the compound, right outside the restaurant, right outside the bus stop. People are smoking right on our children and they don't even seem to care. Please separate the smoking areas from the children!
