An excellent experience from start to finish. The Romanian lady at the reception desk was exceptionally helpful, warm, and welcoming. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable, while the property itself was beautifully maintained and spotless.
As we were travelling with our dog, the upgrade to a Junior Suite was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise, which made our stay even more special.
We could not recommend this property highly enough and are already looking forward to returning.

In the late afternoon, we arrived at Hotel Le Greghe on the outskirts of the town of Lazise. The hotel was charming and had a Tuscan-style atmosphere. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was good, and we enjoyed eating in the hotel courtyard by the pool. Luckily, we also had sunny days and enjoyed relaxing and sunbathing by the pool, although the water was cold so we did not go in.
Renovation work was taking place at the neighboring hotel, including a crane that made noise. I think the hotel should have been fair and informed guests about this in advance and/or reduced the price.
The sound insulation was not good enough. I could hear the conversation from the room above me. The insulation was so poor that I could understand every word, not just hear a muffled voice.
