Good clean condo

A great bed in a clean condo with kitchen etc. Very comfy and a friendly helpful staff 24/7. A nice swimming pool that I used by myself each morning.

It was very far from restaurants and other amenities, so one really needs transportation. A little tricky to find the first time. I asked for a room with a view of the ocean and did not get it, as the floor was not high enough so I could only see tiny patches of sea between trees.

Great hotel, near the beach and restaurants, with clean and well-equipped room.

Hotel located in a good location, close to the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was very clean and well-equipped. I arrived late on Friday, which wasn't an issue, and was able to get a late check-out on Sunday after running the Hua Hin half marathon.

Location, Pool, very friendly staff, near by Restaurants, 7/11, Mini Markt Plates, Glasses, Knifes, Cutlery, cooking pots, pan is available. All in good shape. Toaster, Water Cooker, Cutting board. Adding some hankerchiefs wouldn't be a bad idea as kitchen accessories. Parking underground garage with direct lift access to the rooms. Would book this property again, also recommend it to others. May rooms on poolside are the better option, coz of East/West/South/North direction...

Linen, Duvet cracked (also no replacement after inform the property management. Been aware of, we booked a Condo and not a Hotel, however, I believe after a time frame of staying more than 4 or 5 days up, Bathtowels, bed sheets should be changed as complimentary service, to be offered. Extra cleaning service studio, 1 BR charges are THB 300,00 Washing machine available for THB 30 per machine filling.

The location was good and in a quiet area. The apartment was comfortable. The bed was really comfortable.

The apartment disappointed for silly reasons which could easily have been remedied. No dustpan and brush and no clothes drier for towels etc.

Lovely flat near Hua Hin

I thought I had already posted this but to summarize: this is a fully self-contained apartment with all you need (full kitchen, flat-screen TV, good WiFi) for a long stay

Just note this isn't central Hua Hin, it's in an area south of Hua Hin called Takiab, about 10-15 minutes away by car

Would definitely recommend, value for money and what I was expecting

Room was clean and tidy, and cleaned very well each week. Beach a short walk as advertised, quiet location, spacious room, friendly staff. All as hoped for

Sofa stained and getting frayed. Air conditioning power units on balcony facing the balcony, throwing out hot air, why? Desperately needs light on mirror in bathroom.

Average, with no real attention to detail

We stayed here for three nights as a mini vacation. The beach is only 500 meters walk from the property. There was secure onsite parking which we appreciated. The room size and in-room facilities were as described.

This is an apartment building, not a hotel as the name suggests. There is no onsite reception desk or available staff. The building's swimming pool was closed due to government COVID restrictions, which took away one of the recreational aspects of our mini vacation. We asked for and received a second key to our room but it was not a good fit. You had to hold your mouth a particular way while pulling on the door handle and jiggling the key in the lock to get the door open. Very frustrating. The Power socket in the kitchen was loose fitting and did not feel safe to use. The glass balcony door did not lock. It looked like it worked but the lock did not catch and secure. Thankfully we were on the 7th floor so robbers would have had to be very agile to enter.

After a poor reception experience everything was great.

The rooms were very clean. Appliances appeared new. 2 A/C units. Location is great.

1. The name of the actual hotel was completely different to the name of the hotel I booked. That was confusing and concerning and made it hard for us to find it the hotel. 2. There is no reception really. The guard has you fill out forms and hands you the key. This is unexpected and did not come across well to me. I was therefore pleasantly surprised when I saw the rooms.

Really clean, great furniture and equipment. Stunning view from balcony. Good internet, quiet location. Fast and easy check in. Few minutes walk to 7/11 and sea.
