The incomparable professionalism, friendliness, commitment, courtesy, kindness, respect and dedication, portrayed and evidently felt, from each and every member, of the team, at Marrakesh. Metaphorically,
a level above, Intercontinental, Marriot and Anantara.
Having to leave, after already extending my stay,
due to the comfort, of this resort.

The room was spacious and felt unique but not luxurious. The outside patio and spa bath were perfect. The staff were friendly and professional.
The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and is on for a good length of time meaning we didn't have to rush.
There are plenty of food spots and restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel's entrance is down the side of a residential property, which made it feel more like an add on. This sums up our reflections of the hotel.
The pool for the hotel is quite small for the number of guests. The residential part of the site has a huge pool but there is no access from the hotel.
The bar and outside area closed by 9pm and the lights were turned off. There was also building work outside of our window, which we were not informed at all.
The road outside was difficult to cross..

The staff were polite and helpful.
Beach location.
We were not informed prior to arrival that there was ongoing construction on both sides of the hotel. We booked a pool view room and got a view of a construction site with the added noise.
