* **Construction Noise:** A major building project is in its early stages next door and will likely last 1–3 years.
* **Room Choice:** Avoid the cheapest rooms or those facing North, as construction noise starts early in the morning. Book a sea-view or South-facing room for a quieter experience.
**Verdict**
