It's ok because close to the beach

The room is not really comfortable.. Everything looks old. The beach is perfect. The location is close to Market Village. Breakfast for people with healthy life style not really sufficient.

-breakfast : not much people, no buffet, no thai breakfast, not the same as picture, u can choose some eggs, sausage. Its worst breakfast i see in whole my trip in Thailand. -old swimmingpool: dirty, floor tiles have to be fix

Safe box in the room didn’t work and even after the staff work on it, it did work. Kitchen from the restaurant was open just until 20:30h

A rather old fashioned but nevertheless delightful hotel in an idyllic spot.

The almost empty leafy pool close to the beach was a haven when the sun on the beach got a little too intense. The new mall opposite the hotel offered great cheap and authentic Thai (and western)food in the food court.

The staff were a little solemn which is unusual in Thailand but it may be a local characteristic. I enjoy the lightness of spirit on trips to Thailand so was a little disappointed although it may suit other travellers more. One problem for me personally, was the proximity of horses on the beach (I have an allergy to horses) which I had not been aware of before booking. It was a little disconcerting but I managed to keep at a distance easily so in the end there wasn’t a problem.

The food and service were excellent The rooms are clean and spacious. The waiter Art could not do enough for us. Location excellent Housekeeping was again very friendly and kept our rooms very clean. The restaurant menu was 5-star, and the Location overlooking the ocean was superb

Vacation ruined by the time I had to take to deal with the dishonesty of booking.com.

Location - on the beach, and close to the mall and main road. Restaurant - food was acceptable, and staff there were pleasant and helpful.

I am giving this hotel a poor rating especially because of the 'bait and switch' practice it adopted through booking.com. Booking.com offered a discounted rate that was not reflected in the booking confirmation. The hotel refuses to honour the discounted rate as they claim they are relying on the (higher) rate they received from booking.com. I still have not received a resolution to my matter as the booking.com customer service staff continues to give me a run around with template responses that do not address the issue directly, and my requests to speak with an agent have been ignored; their responses have even proceeded to insult my intelligence by telling me a 3000 baht difference in the cost of each room is due to foreign exchange?!? It also seems that booking.com distrusts its customers so much that it needs customers to screenshot everything before they can even entertain a complaint - something most customers wouldn't think to do. Even though I provided a screenshot taken of their prices at the time of booking, they disregarded it and told me to deal with the hotel directly. These are tactics used to frustrate customers and to dissuade them from seeking a transparent and honest response. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

the hotel is very nice at the beachfront and has a good restaurant with fantastic food.

the breakfast is okay but I've had better for the price in thailand. somebody thought ist is a fantastic idea to have chickens and low and behold multiple roosters on hotel ground so bring earplugs when you like to sleep in

Good stay, poor experience

The hotel has easy reach to the beach, just across the street from the hotel is located big modern shopping mall.

The loungers are not available at the beach, we took it ourselves every day of our stay and nobody has helped us. The breakfast is poor. The rooms at the pictures are looking better then they are, in reality they are very old school. At the end of the day we left our beach towels and could easily find them the next day the same place we left them, nobody has taken them away. Nothing really good for me and my family to stay at this place again

Very good condition and nice details, even many animals like turtles, rabbits, chicken hotel has long history, royal family also comes for a visit sometimes The beach is very nice at that place and the next shopping mall is just 5 minutes walk away Great baby bed :-)
