Broken toilet flush. No where to plug the kettle in near the kitchenette.

Close driving distance to Heidelberg, beautiful and unique building, special interior decoration, easy to communicate and 24 hours reception. We arrived pretty late after watching the fireworks in Heidelberg, and were warmly welcomed by the lady at reception. Overall a great experience for a small family of four.
We don’t get used to soft pillow, but this is only our personal feelings.

This is a great hotel. Excellent value with helpful friendly staff. We were personally shown to our room not just given a key and told what floor it's on. This hotel exceeded our expectations.
