El apartamento se encuentra muy bien situado y está muy bien equipado.
Las fotos son un tanto engañosas y obsoletas. Ahora el apartamento está mucho más deteriorado y no estaba del todo limpio. Tuvimos que lavar las toallas al llegar porque olían mal.

Ligger veldig sentralt.
Dårlig utstyrt, aircondition fungerte kun tilfredsstillende, minimalt med kjøkkenutstyr ( mangler vinglass ) ikke oppvaskmaskin. Dårlig rengjøring. Skittent ute på terrassen. Ødelagt parasoll, slitte utemøbler.

only the terrance
the property we booked for 8 people and all the beds were very small and the sofa bed was broken and not able to sleep. everytime if all three AC was working and wanted to use microwave or blow dryer the breaker would trip and had to go outside to fix it . The owner will try to make its our fault that we are using AC and blow dryer together. he should have fix this by using correct AMP breaker. if you see other rewiews this is very common problem.
the moment you book on booking dot com the owner will send you link to make payment and you can pay with credit card because it will give you error. so by default you have to wire money to him by doing that you won’t have any trip protection. Also it cost more to wire money which you as guest gonna bear the cost.
The host asked me what time i will reach the property and i told him 11:30 am . on their listing they said early check in is available for 50 euro . but when i got there he only offered me to store bag for 50 euro and when it 2:30 pm he sent me link to check in for another 50 euro . I asked him so many times can i check in early and pay 50 euro but he only was offering to store bags . i told him so many times that listing says that i can check in for 50 euro . i also told him that i am traveling with aged parents and my father is disabled but he won’t care . the whole the property was ready and no one was there.
Do your self favor if you’re flight reaching morning in rome and you are traveling with kids or aged parents don’t book this property because host would not care about anything.
Also there so many more which i felt that this listing should be removed because it was not a pleasant experience to start vacation in rome
