I have stayed there many time,s it’s my go to place on business trips in Nijmegen.
The breakfast is great, rooms are good. It’s a unique mixture of an older building with modern decoration and technology. Service is great.
For a linger stay the rooms might be a bit challenging, as there isn’t much cupboard space.
The sink is quite unpractical with minimal space to store anything next to it. In some rooms the layout is not practical.

Only the location and breakfast
We slept in the room that faces the street. It’s very very noisy. The room doesn’t have daily curtains. It’s not an option to open the night curtains to change your clothes. People from the street will see you.
Besides, the bathroom and toilet are built right in the room. There are no walls. Very unpleasant.
