Staff were great.
Tea making facilities were a bit limited. Tiny cups in the room with cream but no milk isn’t really ideal for tea. Hot water didn’t work for making tea in the wellness room. Reported it and suggested a kettle but it was never provided after three days.

Free car parking. Good access to Nijmegen by bike.
Excellent views from 13th floor. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.

Staff is well trained and friendly, room was ample, breakfast superior, parking facilities very good and well accessible from the lobby, the view from the room is spectacular
the atmosphere of the room and the bathroom (furniture, colours, decoration) is harsh and very sober, more like a hospital or a psychiatric institution, is not warmly hospital or comforting. It feels like industrially processing guests. Dining from an average menu at average prices although the meals were slightly below average
