Breakfast was not that varied. Food was not hot enough.

The spa treatment we booked a couples massage which was amazing and the staff were super friendly all over the property actually. For dinner we booked the 3 course meal which was also great and again had really good service. The whole property was super clean and well maintained as well

Later in the evening after dinner time there were larger groups of men in the pools/sauna/spa being really noisy and screaming etc. and they were not being reprimanded and asked to remain quite which was really annoying when trying to relax, even the kids in the spa didn't make that much noise. The security guard was walking around at the time so would expect him to quite them down. We tried to book room service as well but could not find the menu anywhere even the QR code in the room pointed to a non existent web page and also the fridge in our room didn't cool at all.

We had a wonderful weekend at Sanadome and truly enjoyed our stay. What mattered most to me was being able to relax with my family and spend almost the entire time in our swimsuits — exactly the kind of break I was hoping for. It’s also conveniently close: we drove from Haarlem, which made the trip easy and stress-free. The hotel grounds are not huge, but honestly, we barely wanted to leave the thermal area anyway. The staff were incredibly friendly everywhere. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent. For dinner, we chose the à la carte menu, and it was genuinely one of the best meals I’ve had in the past year — huge thanks to the chef. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the pools were very clean too. There are also several restaurants on-site, so you can always grab something whenever you feel like it. The only downside was some of the other guests. A few people were talking very loudly in the steam room and sauna, which really took away from the relaxing atmosphere. At the same time, a small child in the outdoor pool was told off for making a brief noise when the bubbles suddenly started next to him, which felt a bit unfair. Also, some guests were perhaps a little too comfortable showing affection in public — even in the pools. But overall, it was a lovely weekend getaway, and I would definitely recommend it for a short relaxing escape.

The location was okay

We had problems with our safe in the room, for the whole weekend. Why would they charge for bathrobe is is a welness hotel? There's no sense on that. We went to relax, but it was so busy and noisy...
