We had a very nice loft apartment with one main bedroom and a double bed, with an adjacent bathroom, and one attic bedroom with a Foshan style bed. The kitchen is good, quite comprehensive, some of the facilities are modest, but certainly adequate, and mostly functional, (the cooking range burners could not be lit even though there was a strong gas flow).
The manager was onsite, in fact he actually met us at the ferry landing, and he was very helpful, understanding and friendly.
I searched for our Venice accommodation with Booking.com using the same key points I had used for all other hotels in this journey but with a different result which was initially very disheartening. Due to a misleading quotation by Booking.com, we thought we were getting two double-bed rooms each with a bathroom, which we expected from all of our bookings. Nor did we did get the location requested in the Book.com search. The attic bed was very low, but comfortable, but getting in and out of it was very awkward and difficult for someone in elder years. The loft was likewise awkward to access and with steep stairs and nothing substantial to hold onto, it was safer to climb up on all fours. Whilst there were some basket drawers and some table space, there were no dressers nor wardrobes where I could hang my clothes. When we moved in the air-conditioning was not working in either room, it had been isolated by an unmarked switch in the downstairs bedroom. After trying in vain to get it operating we eventually contacted the host who guided us to the location of the power switch, with apologies.
The bathroom is adequate although a little small, and we had to repair the shower standpipe which had fallen to the ground. The toilet seat was very loose and difficult to use. There is no security safe so we felt it necessary to hide our laptops, passports and money in obscure parts of the room.
Most of the room areas were clean but when I looked under the couch for something I dropped I found some old rubbish.

Tiene lavavajillas y horno
Tiene muchísimas escaleras para subir, son estrechas y empinadas, son 70 escalones. Si vas con maletas grandes, carros de bebé o simplemente te duele una pierna, terrible, fue una sorpresa desagradable.
No tenía microondas, el sofá-cama muy incómodo y no puedes mover un dedo sin que suene muchísimo.
Hubo una pequeña avería con el mechero de encender el gas y el responsable no fue demasiado agradable aunque quiso solucionarlo rápido.
