Great location and nice room. Very helpful staff who were able to help us get to the train station in La Spezia for an early flight when local taxi companies were trying to charge very high fees.

Really lovely hotel! The location is just perfect, super close to the train station but still with the nice view and without a huge crowd. The room was comfortable and had everything was we needed:)
The towels started smelling a bit after one use

The size of the room was good. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was a nice addition. The ac worked well.
We were right at the top of the city centre.
The host was wonderful and very responsive.
The bathroom clearly needs renovation with rust on the mirror amongst other small things. Whilst the old cupboard looked really nice, it was smelling 'old' so we couldn't really put any clothes in it.
