Wow! The location of this hotel in the national park was fabulous. It allowed for meals with great views of nature at both ends of each day. We were also able to beat the crowds in the mornings & likewise avoid the largest crowds in the middle of the day.
Can’t think of any negatives.

The location overlooking the mountain view.
No doubt it was a splendid location there was not much to do in the evenings. We were there during the week. However it was a shame that the lounge bar was closed. They only open on friday. Also it was rainy weather when we were there. Most facilites closed early evening. No doubt the paranoma restaurant closed at 10 pm. There were not much to choose from theirs menu card if you were to stay there for a week. Also most service staff personal were not smiling seems they had no F&B training. Conclusion its not a friendly relaxing ambience for a cosy vacation inspute of its wonderful mountain venue. Its just great for hiking and mountain exploration.

Phenomenal location.
Spa was lovely and clean with numerous sauna options and a fabulous rest area with a view and refreshing lemon water.
Super soft twin beds stuck together so you’re liable to fall through onto the metal pole in between if you roll over.
Was told housekeeping only cleans every other day. Definitely not enough towels to get a normal person who is exercising and showering adequately to get through two days and then snotty comments about needing more.
Overly familiar and borderline inappropriate clerk at the front desk.
Sub-par breakfast with very stale pastry.
Parking is at an extra fee and a bit of a hike but secure.
The spa is an extra fee as well, which was a bit of an unpleasant surprise.
