Cocoon Maldives - All Inclusive

We would like to thank all the staff of Cocoon Maldives for their warm welcome and excellent service. In particular, Butler Riyaz demonstrated a high level of professionalism and outstanding quality of care. All our requests were handled promptly, accurately, and with great attention to detail. His calm manner of communication, sense of responsibility, and readiness to assist at any moment made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

We didn’t like that there were a lot of mosquitoes — they were biting both day and night. The staff explained that this is normal during the rainy season, while in the dry season there are almost none. The team tried to fight the mosquitoes with smoke and sprays, but unfortunately it didn’t help much.

Amazing location! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our personal guide Riyaz was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed!

Unfortunately we went in monsoon season so I wouldn’t go during August

Wonderful 10 days on this gorgeous island. All the staff were incredibly accommodating, warm and hospitable. Short seaplane journey from Male was nice and not too long at around half an hour. The reception we received upon exiting the seaplane was beyond words as the team sang and escorted all the guests to the reception for the beginning of what turned out to be a wonderful family holiday. The two bedroom villa was perfect for family trip, with its own pool and perfectly Located in the beach. Straight out from the villa into the ocean we had several snorkelling encounters with turtles, rays, black tip sharks and an array of different fish. The main Octopus restaurant served surprisingly delicious buffets of different cuisines each night and even did special menus for the little ones. We couldn’t be more impressed or grateful with the whole Octopus team. Mr Riyaz was always on hand to shuttle us on short journeys when we had the babies. Our boat trip was wonderful and although we didn’t try any of the water sports and excursions since we had young kids, there appeared to be plenty of options to choose from. The kids club came in handy to fill the odd half hour gap between activities/meals but because the rest of the island team set such a high bar, we did feel the kids club team could have been warmer and more hospitable. Thank you to the entire Cocoon team who beyond the gorgeous setting, facilities and food, really made this family trip absolutely incredible. Too many people to thank, that I’m sure I’ll miss many but special thanks to the pillars of our royal hospitality treatment Mr Ishadh, Mr Ahu and Mr Riyaz and of course Mr Afeef.

Not much to dislike. And whatever issues arise the team were quick to resolve and we are aware there are significant upgrades coming. Looking forward to go back.

very clean, Personals very friendly

very bad welcoming after a long-way trip from Germany with baby, no welcoming, we were thirsty and tired , there is no welcoming drink and they let us hold the baby and walk to the room !!! Sea plane need one and half hour to reach the island , then they took you with boot from plane to the Island not like any other Islands in the Maledives!! it is not really All inklusive, only one restaurant is In!! the drinks for All inklusive were terrible!
