The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. From the waiter who looked after us every day at the restaurant and always provided outstanding service (His name: Ashraful S2), to the reception staff and housekeeping team, everyone made us feel truly welcome.
The island had everything we needed to relax for a week and recharge our batteries.
Without a doubt, this was one of the best trips of our lives. We can't wait to come back!

The staff first of all!! Bishmi looked after us for the week and she was fantastic, always available to help with a smile! All the staff work so hard, including the housekeeping, the minibar man, the beach bar staff, the sand rakers, the restaurant staff. Secondly the island itself - a natural paradise, perfect sand and sea all round.
The over water villa was amazing with steps down into a sandy lagoon where you can see tropical fish, sharks (small black tip reef sharks), rays (I saw a cowtail sting ray burrowing in the sand for crustaceans).
The island is also home to some impressive flying foxes.
The food was great, couldn’t fault it. Paid for one of the Al a carte restaurants for one night even though we were all inclusive and the staff there great and made it extra special for our anniversary. On the inclusive snorkling trip I found myself up close with a large turtle. On the inclusive sunset cruise we saw pilot whales. We paid for the dolphin cruise as well and the dolphins didn’t let us down, putting on a show.
The alcoholic drinks could be better (no branded on the AI).
Also I felt the policy of not allowing to take drinks back to villas is unnecessary.
The singer was very good but the entertainment otherwise wasn’t great. Thankfully we made some friends there who were great company.

We loved everything about this stay. From the villa, the staff, food, facilities and included activities, everything exceeded our expectation. We splurged on the all inclusive package in a deluxe water villa with a pool and are so happy we did, it was worth every cent in our opinion (bucket list BIG TICK).
We've never done an all inclusive before but have heard a few disparaging remarks from others who have done it at other locations as they felt like they were treated as the poor relative to the "paying" guests. However, this was definitely not the case here, there was excellent food and beverages choices and plenty of them and service with a genuine smile every time.
A special mention to Bishmi who was wonderful, but also to all the staff that looked after our needs during the stay, what a fantastic team. We tried the spa too, fabulous massages.
The island is beautiful and the resort really well designed and maintained and our villa was gorgeous (loved the outside shower too - we didn't use the inside one at all).
Thank you for an unforgettable holiday. We won't forget our stay in R704.
The only tiny gripe (and it's not really a gripe) is the fridge in the room didn't get really cold, but we got plenty of buckets of ice from room service (again delivered with a smile every time) to make our drinks extra chilly.
