The water villa was lovely especially the little pool. And the Italian restaurant was exceptional including the service.

The bed was super uncomfortable. The mattress was old and had a permanent hollow. It was like sleeping in a hammock and gave me back ache. Also the sunbeds on the beach don’t adjust. So you have to lay prostrate the whole time. You can’t sit up on them. The food became repetitive as you have to order from the menu and a lot of it I wouldn’t want so you order the same things. The white night was a damp squib. It was all the staff lined up whilst they told us who they were and what they did. Whilst I appreciate the staff at any hotel, I don’t need a half hour lecture informing me of their roles. Who does that? Finally the underwater restaurant was a rip off. For a family of four it would have been pushing $1000 and you don’t even get a drink for that. So we didn’t bother. Also they feed the marine life at the restaurant so there are plenty of sharks/fish etc in the promo pictures, whilst the rest of the resort is barren. You won’t see much snorkeling off the beach. We also wanted to do the snorkeling trip twice. My wife and daughter didn’t want to go so I asked if my son in law and I could go a second time. They said no and there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing before they relented and said ok. Why not do that straight away. We wasn’t asking for anything for free. We effectively had four seats and only two people wanted to go. We were told the trip is always fully booked but there were loads of seats on the boat when we went.

You & Me Maldives felt like paradise from the moment we arrived 🩷 The crystal clear water, the soft white sand, the marine life, seeing manta rays outside our villa, breathtaking sunsets and the peaceful atmosphere made every moment feel so romantic 🩷 Our room was absolutely incredible, especially having our own private waterslide straight into the ocean 🩷 It made the whole experience so fun and made us never want to leave the villa 🩷 My birthday dinner on the beach at You & Me Maldives was my dream come true 🩷 Thank you so much to our island host Nattu for making everything so special for us. He planned the most beautiful birthday and organised everything for us. His kindness, care and effort truly made our whole trip unforgettable and made us feel so looked after the entire time 🩷 What made the experience even more special were the incredible people and amazing service. The staff at The Sand restaurant were so amazing. Everyone was so warm, kind and attentive, always making us feel welcomed and cared for 🩷 You & Me Maldives feels beautiful, peaceful and magical all at once. My husband and I stayed at You & Me Maldives for 7 days for our honeymoon. We could not have asked for a more welcoming, happy and relaxing environment. Upon arrival via seaplane, our Island Host Gul welcomed us and took us for a tour of the island. She had planned our itinerary for the week and made suggestions of extra activities we could add on. Throughout our trip Gul was so helpful and was only a message away. Any questions we had or information we needed, Gul sorted us out with everything! Thank you Gul for making our stay even more incredible. Each and every team member at You & Me was incrediblely friendly & helpful. We were always greeted with a smile and assisted with anything we needed. The food was delicious and the drinks were cold. H2O restaurant was an incredible experience and something we would highly recommend. Thank you to Livvy and the H2O team for the hospitality and an amazing culinary experience. Thank you to the watersports team - luck was on our side and we got to swim with Manta Rays which was a highlight of our tip. Choosing You & Me for your next holiday will be the best decision you can make
