Apartment staff were very accommodating. Ready to answer any questions.

It felt like a comfortable one-bedroom Italian apartment, not a sterile American hotel room. Nothing at all wrong with an American hotel, but I was in Rome.

This was our first trip to Rome and it was wonderful to be so centrally located.

The layout of our specific apartment was a little strange. Kitchen area very cramped. Keys were difficult to use.

Proximity to everything was good

Shower was broken but they fixed it. Air con was weak, only got cold after being on for 3 days. Bed was not comfortable.
