Very clean, well structured and pleasant hotel, with everything you need at the room and very attentive staff to help you out. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable even though the hotel is not situated in a very touristic part of town (which I liked) and with the pricing of the taxis in Tbilisi was not a huge deal. Also consider a very tasty breakfast, which is served till 11 am.
The only problem is the entrance which is situated on a ground floor. You have to carry your luggage yourself for 4-5 stairs. But it's one minor remark.

Excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable and well-designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient for getting around Tbilisi, with cafés and shops within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

It is a decent hotel and a good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. Checkin was fast. The location is a 1-2 kms away from popular POIs but it is also surrounded by major hotel chains like Sheraton, Holiday Inn etc. The rooms are compact but has all the relevant amenities.
As I mentioned the hotel is a bit far from POIs but it is not a big issue due to the price/value and also that there are bus stands nearby.

-location is good : walkable to city and not crowded
-DONT stay here during WARM day : the weather was like 25celcius, we tried to turned on the a/c - but it only worked as heater! Are you serius? On a warm day like this - why heater?
-rang reception, and was informed that no aircon at the moment only heater! - and they asked us to open window instead.
-opened the windows, and there were kids playing footballs and basketball all night long until like 10pm at night! Omg!!
