Amazing :)

Impressive view from the balcony. Spacious room. Perfect and tasty meals for breakfast. 5 minutes by foot from Hotel to center.

Drinks like water, juices could be self-served during breakfast not on-demand via service request :)

Perfect location in Novaljia. Right next to the beach and boardwalk. The staff was amazing they even helped me retrieve something I left at my previous hotel.

Would recommend!

Excellent location. All of the bars/restaurants in Novalja on doorstep. Shuttle bus to Zrce is seconds away. Right on beach. Balcony had a sea view which was amazing to wake up to.

It is slightly noisy. It didn’t bother me at all but bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper

Fantastic 3 night stay in Novalja

Beautiful brand new hotel. Swimming pool, good restaurant and steps away from the beach. Balcony view of the ocean. Very close walk to Novalja restaurants and shops. hotel staff was extremely nice and accomodating.

Zrce beach can attract a party crowd so be aware that there could be a lot of partiers hanging around the hotel during the day. My kids did not like that they were smoking near the pool, but honestly is a normal cultural experience.

The breakfasts - extremely disappointing for a four-star hotel. Definitely, the worst I've ever experienced in a four-star hotel and worse than most three-star or no-star facilities I stayed in. There's no rich buffet I expected; actually, most days, there's no buffet at all (because there were "not enough" guests) and you can only order ONE very basic dish from I think five options (sunny side up eggs, pancakes, omelet, ...), each worth maybe 5 euro. Nicer options such as avocado toast are not included. During my 8-night say, the buffet was on two times - and it was very poor. Cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, some (uncut) fruit, and cereals. A motel I stayed in in Austria a couple of weeks ago had a buffet twice as good. The staff - mostly nice, but often confused. The smoke - the restaurant patio has a nice view, but there are usually smokers ruining the experience for non-smokers. I didn't ask the staff about that as they were smoking, too. Smoke crawled up to my room, too. The cleaning service - there was none. I put a do-not-disturb for some time during the first two days, but the cleaning staff hadn't visited my room once during my 8-night stay. No cleaning, no fresh towels, not to mention no beds made.

Nice modern hotel at the beach, but neeeds to improve organization.

Great location at the beach, good brekfast, modern smaller size hotel, very good bed comfort, large size room.

We asked for room with the sea view , hotel has confirmed that our wish, but than we got room wirh side sea view, from back window we could see garbage cans. It took too long to get breakfast. We stayed 3 nights, nobody has cleaned our room for 3 days . LOL. But it was OK.

Room very nice, but very bad breakfast (HAD TO WAIT ONE HOUR FOR THE BREAKFAST!!)

The room and location are good. Also the staff is very nice and they gave us all the information.

Breakfast IS NOT BUFFET!!! i had to wait for one hour to eat a single plate that you order from a menu....unbelievable that a 4 star hotel is not organized as well...the Breakfast ruined all our stay.

Comfort with a capital C

We booked a suite here and it was a wonderfull spacious room with a large balcony with a perfect view on the ocean. Just wonderfull! It was modern and clean and the big beds were super comfortable. Location is also perfect: near center, 10 meters from sea, and still quiet. Will defenitly come back some day

Nothing to complain about. I think I would prefer a breakfast buffet over a la carte service, but it was fine.

Amazing breakfast, beautiful location, but pretty noisy

Breakfast was excellent and well prepared. The location is magnificent - there is a beautiful beach just a couple of feet away from the hotel. Also, there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi for all guests outside. The rooms are spotless and modern equipped, with a quiet air conditioner. We picked a room with a sea view and a balcony and it was beautiful.

We booked a room for one price, but we had to pay 100 Euros more after our stay, although it was specified on the website that all taxes, charges, and breakfast are included. We did not use any extra service. There is some 'catering service' which apparently was not included in the price, although the website says otherwise. Also, hotel management should learn how to deal with loud guests. We were staying for 3 nights, and 2 nights in a row, our neighbors were partying on the same floor on the balcony until 5 in the morning with loud music and many people. So, you need to keep calling or texting the hotel service to sort it out which is pretty annoying.
