Location is great, hotel has a pool but open to public which was not ideal when you look down to see 30 kids with their luggage sprawled over the whole area, something not mentioned.
Look overall it was good but needs some fine tuning to be better than average a genuine good.
I liked the staff so trying hard to be positive.
Real fast was basic but good and fresh.
Pool is open to public which I did not like at all.

Beach view is amazing, rooms are spacious and bed is super big and comfy! Breakfast is okay, selection was modest but it did had all things we usually eat so…
Staff is very friendly, they are the biggest highlight of hotel!
Parking is on property, wifi was working okay, location is very close to center. If the pool was open, it would be amazing!
Sound isolation was not so good, we could hear baby from room next door crying. Bathroom could use a tiny touch-up

Spacious room, comfy beds. What a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also nice.

Location, room, interiors, excellent balcony with a great view.
The breakfasts - extremely disappointing for a four-star hotel. Definitely, the worst I've ever experienced in a four-star hotel and worse than most three-star or no-star facilities I stayed in. There's no rich buffet I expected; actually, most days, there's no buffet at all (because there were "not enough" guests) and you can only order ONE very basic dish from I think five options (sunny side up eggs, pancakes, omelet, ...), each worth maybe 5 euro. Nicer options such as avocado toast are not included. During my 8-night say, the buffet was on two times - and it was very poor. Cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, some (uncut) fruit, and cereals. A motel I stayed in in Austria a couple of weeks ago had a buffet twice as good.
The staff - mostly nice, but often confused.
The smoke - the restaurant patio has a nice view, but there are usually smokers ruining the experience for non-smokers. I didn't ask the staff about that as they were smoking, too. Smoke crawled up to my room, too.
The cleaning service - there was none. I put a do-not-disturb for some time during the first two days, but the cleaning staff hadn't visited my room once during my 8-night stay. No cleaning, no fresh towels, not to mention no beds made.
