Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal, Sauna war sehr angenehm. Sehr aufmerksam und alle Fragen / Wünsche wurden erfüllt bzw. beantwortet.

Storno Bedingungen für Geschäftsreisen etwas zu lang. Sonst keine Beanstandungen oder Bemerkungen.

Small and really expensive room marketed as a Deluxe Twin Room

The location is really good, it is easy to get to and the building is decorated really nicely. The room was ok, nothing exceptional though.

I got just an ordinary room marketed as a "Deluxe Twin Room" for almost double the price compared to similar hotels in the area. Everything else was nice however I feel like the price is too high compared to the actual value that the guest receives.

Sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen, großzügiges Zimmer, exzellentes Frühstück

bei einem Zimmerpreis von 184€ und einem Vier-Sterne Hotel wäre inclusive Frühstück schon wünschenswert 😉

Besonders geeignet für ein romantisches Wochende zu zweit.

Das Hotel liegt an mehreren Straßenbahnlinien und unmittelbar am Ende der Fußgängerzone. Das Frühstücksbuffet war traumhaft. Ich könnte mir kein besseres vorstellen. Hotel-Restaurant im Brauhaus-Stil mit regionalen Gerichten und regionalem Wein.

Die Panorama Bar ist viel zu klein. Sie müsste doppelt so groß sein, was vom Platz her auch möglich wäre.

Good but also disappointing

Lovely hotel and good location.

The hotel is lovely and I would recommend a stay in it. However, the attitude of some of the reception staff could be improved. We had an issue while we stayed in a room. It was dealt with very well initially but subsequent dealings with later staff left us annoyed. I think staff should be better trained on dealing with customers. I was happy with hotel and ultimately how they dealt with issue but not with how we were spoken to by some of the reception staff, nor how promises made by staff were later reneged on. Given that with a little more courtesy I would be leaving a great review, I would say that this is a big downside to a great hotel.

Very nice!

New and very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, new and all very clean. Parking is available too. Great price/quality. Totally recommended.

Breakfast was an expensive surcharge but the quality was reasonable. The position of the hotel was good.

The reception was a bit disorganized during checking out . With more guests checking out there was no organized queue people coming later were checking out before the ones who waited longer and then started arguing. A model from airport check-in should be aplied.

Lovely hotel near the centre. It had a great restaurant too.

The breakfast was lovely. Rooms were big clean and looked like new. Staff were also super friendly. Big Car park under the hotel is was also useful.

Very good place, clean and well located

Too expensive compared to other hotels in Heilbronn, and you have to add the parking cost on top - Restaurant is good but limited choice to me - breakfast is good, but one sole person to prepare eggs or hot meals is not enough, so it was pretty slow even if the lady was doing her utmost, so not her to blame
