Actually, I can't decide, if I rather like it or not, it was just such an experience! It is placed under the top of a super steep hill, so the view and the air is great. The building is nicely renovated, very clean, you can have a breakfast. In the room is everything necessary like soap, towels, bed linen,... The staff was helpful and the price was great. Location is full of art and nice places to eat or to have a drink.
BUT, I was dying scared all the way up and down the steep hill in the car, the parking was at the public place - paid additionally 20€/ day, and we had to climb up more yet by feet with the luggage. And then we saw the steepest and highest stair ever! Again up the 2 floors with the luggage, but there was no view, there are other buildings and super noisy locals and a parrot and sth like water pump all the night long. About the breakfast you must inform a day before what you wish to eat, how much, and the precise time - that's strange for me once I'm on vacation.. and we paid additionally city tax...

No parking possibility in the neighbourhood, i.e. expensive and difficult to find parking places, especially close to the apartment

The hotel was well located but extremely difficult to reach by car to drop bags. The owner was extremely responsive by text and answered questions very promptly. The woman who served breakfast spoke only Italian so could not help much. Breakfast was good.
The room was located up an extremely steep staircase and no one was there to help. Our room was very small and our shower was tiny. The bed needs replacement very badly. The room was cleaned and made up only twice during our 6 nights. While it makes sense not to change the towels every day, it is not pleasant to come back to a completely unmade room. The breakfast, while good, did not change at all and no options to change were given.
