Die Wohnung wurde neu gemacht. Wir hatten das Zimmer Zimmer AVN mit grosser Terrasse, welche sowohl einen gedeckten und ungedeckten Teil hatte. Herrlich. Besitzer war gut und schnell bei Fragen erreichbar. Parkplatz für 15EUR pro Tag war gleich neben Gebäude. Zu Fuss ist man in 15-20Minuten im Zentrum.
Die Duschen in den einzelnen Zimmer sind konstruktiv schlecht gelöst, d.h. es ist extrem! laut, wenn der Zimmernachbar sich im Bad duscht oder das Wasser läuft. Gebäude ist von aussen eher in schlechtem Zustand. Quartier nicht sehr schön.

La estadía fue excelente!! El apartamento impecable, cómodo con un patio que disfrutamos mucho. La limpieza extraordinaria tanto en el apartamento, como en el edificio! Hettore está siempre atento y hay muchos detalles que suman mucha comodidad y hacen muy agradable la estadía. Como una cofee station completa con alimentos para el desayuno, bebidas en el frigobar, el tender en el patio, secador de pelo, una ducha increíble, espacios cómodos de guardado ideales para una pareja, como en nuestro caso.
Sin dudas lo volveríamos a elegir!!

The place was recently renevated and everything was super clean and comfortable. Except pillows. They were super thin, they cannuse more fluffy pillows in the bed. We booked the room with a terrace, the terrace was only for us and it was big. We loved our stay in this room a lot. And the shower 😍 the water pressure and settings were soo good.
The only downside of the property is the location. Even it is quite central, the city is big and if you do bot have a car, it takes a bit long to travel around the city. But it is pretty close to downtown, 10 min walking👌🏼
