Stefano is a great host. He went out of his way to help us with recommendations (restaurants, beaches...) before we arrived at the location.
The facilities are spotless clean. The breakfast is very nice and it is served in the back garden which is beautiful.

A spacious room in a great setting, with private parking, in a quiet neighborhood. The aircon was well placed and not noisy; wifi without problems. Not cheap, but all San Teodoro area is not cheap. Breakfast was ok, offered in the middle of a beautiful garden. The property is next to the wonderful beach of Lu Impostu, less than 10 min on foot. This means that you can easily go there after 18.30 or before 8.00, without having to book a place in advance (this is not true though for Cala Brandinchi, the other beach with restrictions) and without the need to use your car. The owner, Stefano, was very responsive, ready to offer all sorts of useful information, even without been specifically asked, to help you spend your holidays nicely and without problems. This was very much appreciated.
The check-out time (9.30); it is too early. The absence of anything that would allow you to make coffee or tea in the room. We were given the explanation that all B&B owners in the area removed the kettles from rooms after events of disgusting use of them. Never before have I heard horror stories like this. Is this unique in San Teodoro area, in Sardinia? Have no idea.

We traveled here with family during the first week of June. It is an amazing, cozy, and beautiful place just a 5-minute walk to the stunning Lu Impostu beach. The hosts were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable; they even provided beach umbrellas and towels so we could easily carry them to the beach. You don’t need a car if goin to Lu Impostu beach, which saves you from any parking hassles. The place is very spacious and close to great restaurants and a supermarket."
