The manager was very responsive and the process to check in and out was fantastic! The property is beautiful and the room was very clean & much more spacious than the pictures show.
There was a small pool next to the large one that we figured was a hot tub but it wasn’t even warm.

No breakfast provided I like the location most of all and the staff albeit not on property was accommodating and provided adequate information and they were available and helpful
I feel booking .com overcharged us for hotel , I feel they should have local artisan toiletries in room, tissues , the coffee pot made lukewarm coffee so a better quality pot , enough coffee provided for length of stay , hot tub instead of kiddy pool, heat the pool a little on colder months or a hot tub, higher quality bedding would be good it was $212 a night , had it been $120 I would Understand but we could’ve found more luxurious accommodations for that price with spa on property
