The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The TV was easy to use and the floors were clean.
The front desk was not friendly or accommodating. They emphasized the rules and made unhelpful remarks when we asked for fresh towels. We had to move from the original room because it was in disrepair and dirty. As far as the second room, there was a weird window in the shower that allowed people in the room to see the person taking a shower. I have never seen that in a hotel before. Kinky.
