The roomy ground-level rec room has a foosball table and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, which is also convenient for poolside drinks. The screened porch just off your private pool offers a cool and shaded spot to watch the kids playing in the pool. 'A Latitude Attitude' is centrally located so shopping, restaurants, movies, and activities are just minutes away. Top-Level: Living Room with 55” TV and Deck Access, Fireplace Not Available; Dining Room with Table (seats 6); Kitchen with Bar (seats 4), Blender, Coffee Maker (Drip), Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven/Stove, Refrigerator, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Dishes, and Cooking Essentials; King Bedroom with TV and DVD Player; Hall Full Bathroom. Mid-Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV and Deck Access, and Attached Full Bathroom; Bedroom with Bunk Bed and Double Bed, TV, and Deck Access; King Bedroom with TV; Hall Full Bathroom, Laundry Closet. Ground-Level: Rec Room with Futon, Foosball Table, Kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, and sink), and Deck Access; Screened Porch; Hall Half Bathroom. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. Great place close to the beach. Lots of space. Pet friendly. Had some issues with a tub that was clogged, some appliances not working and the sheets on one bed didn’t smell fresh but they got everything handled immediately and were very responsive. Couldn’t have been any more helpful!

Overall we enjoyed our time at this house. The bedrooms are big and all have TV's. The kitchen, living room, and common areas are good sized for 6-8 adults. We were there in November so the pool was closed for the season, but it appeared lovely. We did use the hot tub which was clean and a great bonus. We loved being able to bring our dogs. My only real critique is the furnature is a little dated and worn. It was about 3 blocks to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops, nicely located. I would stay here again. One note: there are prickly cactus burs that are everywhere (apparently endemic to the area). I'm not sure what exactly these are called. But these thorny burs got stuck in my dogs paws, on our shoes/clothes and tracked into the house. They are very painful. This is not house related but something to keep an eye out for.
