Локация, свежий номер.
Я заранее написал в отель, что приеду после 17:00, но номер не был подготовлен: отсутствовал электрический чайник, сейф был закрыт. Пришлось звонить на ресепшен, только тогда всё исправили. Далее: на следующий день вернулся с пляжа около 5 часов вечера, но номер вообще не убран, не принесли воду в бутылках. Обратился на ресепшен – в ответ принесли воду после моей просьбы. Но самое странное случилось на следующий день: вечером вернулся с пляжа, а в номере опять не убирали, не вынесли мусор, не принесли воду. И опять позвонил на ресепшен – в ответ: «Сами не знаем, почему так произошло». На следующий день я покинул отель.

Osen was at the receptionist when we checked in.He was very friendly, and Professional. They treated us very nice. And made our check-in very smooth.

У нас в номере не было чисто , один раз пришли убирать , но особо не убрали ..даже туалетную бумагу не положили . Тряпку грязную оставили на диване

Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie was perfect. De cafeetjes en restaurants waren allemaal op loopafstand. Prijs en kwaliteitsverhouding waren zeer goed.

Auch Melek u. Arif verdienen im Servicebereich für die Freundlichkeit ein 💯 Auszeichnung. Diese lehnt sich umbedingt an ihre professionalität. Nicht zu vergessen die Şükran von der Küche, einen großen Dank für das so leckere und Umfangreiche Frühstück. Die Frau verdient wirklich einen Michelin Stern🤗.
Auch alle anderen sind schnell zur Stelle und verstehen das Anliegen in der Umsetzung.
Naja, rauchen in den Zimmern erlaubt und als Nichtraucher ist der Umgang damit für mich etwas schwieriger gewesen. Insbesondere wenn Raucher keine Grenzen kennen, wenn es um Siicherheit und Sauberkeit Allgemein geht. Diese liegt oft auf den Zimmern in den Händen der Gãste selbst. Trotzdem war es nicht ganz lãstig, da Zimmer gut gelüftet. Dafür hatte ich bei Umzug einen tollen Ausblick und habe deshalb auch verlängert😉.

Having lost count of the times I’ve been to Türkiye, but this has to be my favourite hotel so far. Last year Akra was nice, but very loud, busy. Where as here it’s silent, great views and location. The staff were phenomenal, from the reception, to the breakfast staff, and bar. Will definitely be returning to this spot
I don’t like to see the strays, but that’s more a country problem, as it’s ever my hotel I’ve stayed in. I hope they’re all fed the leftovers lol

Tolles Personal. Alle super Freundlich. Vorallem die Rezeption sehr nett und kompetent. Berfin und Ihr Kollege an der Rezeption sehr herzlich und gehen auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Auch die Restaurant Mitarbeiter sehr höflich. Toll !
Die Lage ist ein Traum.
Allerdings war ich sehr enttäuscht vom Mobilliar und Ausstattung des Hotels. Die Möbelstücke sind zerkratzt, abgeblättert und abgenutzt. Der Wasserkocher eine zumutung, sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Die Anlage sollte einmal komplett erneuert werden. Sehr schade, dass das Hotel so runtergekommen ist.
Mein Appell an die Hotelleitung; bitte einmal alles erneuern und überholen.
Sonst waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, allerdings nur wegen dem Personal, die wirklich auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingehen.

Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.
Sehr gut fand ich das Reinigungspersonal und den Empfang - sehr freundlich!
Insbesondere das Reinigungspersonal respektiert auch die Gäste, die etwas länger ausschlafen möchten und macht keinerlei Geräusche (das ist nicht in jedem Hotel selbstverständlich).
Das Frühstück ist gut, aber es könnte mehr Obst angeboten werden.

Staff is helpful and most of them speak good English.
Sauna was nice, spacious and very hot.
Outside pool is nice.
There are 3-4 playful kittens who live in the pool area, fun to watch.
Bar is pretty good, cocktail are great, hookah is reasonable.
Location is good, just 1-3 minutes walk to a public beach, also a very good private beach with great beds in just 3-4 minutes walk. It's far from center (~20 minutes ride), but it's great for beach time.
There was a distinctive sewerage smell in the bathroom, and in the room - keeping window open all the time helped in general, but the smell in the bathroom was still there. The same smell sometimes was present in the lobby, and on -1 floor (with sauna/kitchen/gym).
They seem to have serious plumbing and ventilation problems, that they don't seem to care about. Ventilation in the bathroom was not changed or maintained for ages (given how dirty the vent was, and the noise it was making while working).
Refrigerator in the room was barely working, you cannot keep ice in their, and even on maximum power the beverages are barely cool.
Pool works till 6:00 PM, but this policy makes zero sense - it's still lighted 24/7, but you just not allowed to use it.
Also, "no hookah on your room's balcony" policy is a shame (and balcony is really nice).
Elevator is slow, unresponsive - it needs to be maintained much better.
In general, the hotel is designed in chaotic way, and especially -1 floor is a unorganized mess.
Breakfast was fine, but coffee is just an abomination - the coffee machine is really a contamination danger. In general, breakfast could be better, selection of fruits and vegetables was a disappointment, selection of desserts was non-existent.
Given all of the downsides, I still think, that value/money is rather good for this hotel.

The location was very nice and the hotel itself was also good.
The breakfast was a bit boring with the time, the menu didn't change much. Change the coffee, and fresh juice like orange juice should be normally available without additional cost. Try to bring more fruits, cakes etc. One thing we hated was that the pool closed at 1830, we expected to chill in the pool in the evening after a day full of traveling outside but out of time restriction this was never possible.

The location of the hotel is perfect. A large and very beautiful beach is just across the street, there is a money exchange office some 200m away and also several nice restaurants as well as beach bars. The room was very clean, fresh and nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, and there's also possibility to have lunch in the hotel restaurant. We especially liked the pool with the bar and spent a lot of time there.
But what stands out the most is the warm hospitality and friendliness of the entire staff - the young ladies at the reception desk, people working in the hotel restaurant, as well as Melek and the guys working in the pool bar. Especially we would like to thank Sude from the reception desk for being always very kind and helpful, and for constantly transfering her good mood to all the visitors.
Overall, we were very satisfied, this hotel has completely exceeded our expectations.

The location was good and was opposite the beach. The toiletries offered were good.
We moved rooms initially because I asked for a twin room and was given a double that couldn’t be separated. The room we were moved to was spacious and had a side beach view, but unfortunately nothing will make up for the beds. They are rock hard and we got very little sleep. Our shower also flooded every time it was used - the drain must have been blocked.
We didn’t eat breakfast there as sadly they didn’t cater for gluten free or vegetarian very well and we were put off by all the flies - I know this is difficult to manage but nothing was covered, not even attempted.

Photos are different than reality! Value of money comapring with other same level is over priced. The Spa massage center was the worst experiance to me. Unporfessional massage employees. I was expecting a massage but what i got has nothing to do with massage. Also over priced.

Breakfast did not contain a variety of items. Eggs are available, but for an extra charge. The air conditioner was very cold and the fridge didn't work well.

Location , bathroom , nightshift lady at reception was very friend and helpful during our stay.
Day shift lady at counter was very rude and unwelcome face, this will be a reason make us not to give a good review or back to stay. Room at 1st floor , there was bad small air ran from toilet bow when up stair flash toilet

The Hotel was very nice, and I liked the services a lot! Good breakfast, bar, sauna and swimming pool area.
Hotel stuff was friendly and courteous!
My only issue was the room condition, which seemed to need a little innovation: the safe was broken with a crack on it, an old toilet brush without the handle and the chair on the balcony was broken too.
Apart from that, my stay at Pacco was very pleasant and joyful.

Nothing
The air con and or fan didn't work and room was too hot.
Hotel was like a building site, nowhere to get a drink or eat. Pools closed. Painting going on everywhere and areas cordoned off.
Due to having breathing difficulties I could not stay in the room as It was so hot, I kindly asked to be moved room or refunded. I was also prepared to loss the first night as I paid for 5 nights. The hotel reception said they spoke to management and they refused to do anything. They will not respond to emails either.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
