The apartment were lovely just only thing thr cleaner should come and tidy the apartment daily. As there was too much rubbish in one day.
Not enough beds for my children. I booked room for five people and there's was not enough beds in two bedroom apartment.

A suite was very clean, everything looks very nice and fresh, everything worked perfectly. Pretty spacious.
Hotel staff was absolutely amazing - reacted immoderately on all requests and overall were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

The location was good for us as we needed to attend the University Hospital
The room was really cold when we arrived. This is obviously a summer only hotel. We were handed a sheet of paper on arrival to say that our rooms would only be cleaned every other day. Unacceptable when there are toilet bins. To be fair the staff did have a word with the cleaners and our bathroom was cleaned every day. But we should not have had to ask. This should be standard
