The hotel was extremely clean, well equipped with everything you need. Nice pool area. Room service option (tried it, food was lovely). Hakan was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Fabulous location for the main tourist attractions in Istanbul. Good links to public transport too.
TV didn’t work despite efforts to programme channels.

The apartment was clean and staff were friendly. The location was good, close to food places and not too far from beach.
The sofa bed was a sofa not a pull out bed and the water didn’t drain well in sink

Mostly the location and the variety of shops and restaurants closeby.
We got room nr 3 on the bottom floor, a lot of flies and insects came in everytime we opened the door. As we arrived to the apartment, it looked very good but it wasn’t properly cleaned. Dust everywhere as well as in the rooms. Bed not comfortable and we dont think everything was washed. There was a stinking smell of cat urine in the hallway and bedrooms which was horrible. Since we only were going to spend two nights there and mostly be out and about, we decided not to complain. We had a small issue with the sink but got it fixed quickly. We asked for thicker blankets on arrival since we got very thin ones but never got any. No staff available in the office at night.
