A nice family hotel in new part of Sozopol. The room is modest in size, but nicely funished with large balcony. High floors provide
a nice views. The room has TV, AC, wardrobe, small fridge, table, bathroom with well working floor sink.
The balcony is quite large with table, two chairs and clothes drier.
There is 645m to Billa, 800m to Bolero, 1.7km to Lidl. 800m to a bus station, from where one can take a bus to Chernomorets,
Burgas or Primorsko. 950m to old town of Sozopol, where all tourist stuff is located. There is a well equipped outdoor
fitness station on Ivan Vazov street in 300m.
600m to the central Sozopol Central beach, 700m to Harmanite beach, 850m Sozopol West beach and 1.8km to Bamboo beach (close to Lidl),
which has no waves, when it is windy as it is protected by a cliff.
First two days WiFi internet was quite horrible, disconnecting all the time, but later improved, but still was quite far stable.
Unfortunately, and this is common for Bulgaria, there are not so many people speaking good English.

Great location - close to both nearby beaches, but quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds. We got the top flat (Number 10) which has a large balcony equipped with sunbeds and with splendid view to the sea and the starry sky at night. The air-conditioners did a great job.
Hard to find a place to park, but this is a common problem for Sozopol.

The receptionist was very nice and helping. She showed us where the closest parking was.
The cleaning lady was very rude. That wasn’t pleasant.
