Might have been the time of year we stayed, but it was very quiet and peaceful making it the perfect getaway! The beds were super cozy and the bathroom was clean and nice. We ended up cancelling our plans because of the fog, so thankfully the room was great! The restaurant was good, breakfast included was amazing and the dinner we chose to pay for was pretty good too. The staff were very nice and attentive! It’s nicely located very close to the klingenstock chairlift, but know you have to walk uphill for about 5-10 minutes from the stoos funicular to the hotel. There were cows grazing just outside of the hotel which were adorable.

Well-maintained hotel and rooms. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and decent breakfast.
The view from the rooms is spectacular.
The Wifi was not good, the connection was dropped few times an hour (we tested on different devices).
Worth to mention in the hotel description, that if you bring (even) small suitcases, there is 300-500 meters of unpaved road to the hotel, so be ready to handle this distance.

The stuff is amazing they do everything you ask for, very helpful and very hostile. The hotel is welcoming its guests from any background and treats everyone equally, which is very good. The food in the restaurant is very quickly cooked and served, it is a bonus too.
My room was too noisy at day and at night around 23.40 there were the snow machines driving around like crazy all two nights I stayed at the hotel. I did not mention I want a quiet room, so they just gave me one above the reception and the entrance. Nice view to the slopes but no solitude I was seeking.
