The host was very responsive throughout the entire booking process and was quick to answer our questions during our stay. The host even arranged a taxi pick up from the airport upon arrival and to termini station when we left Rome. An agent met us upon our arrival and provided us with the key to the apartment. The apartment is located in an ideal location, away from the crowds but yet in close proximity to the major attractions and has everything you need to make you feel at home. There's a grocery store just around the corner from the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, well maintained and very clean. We stayed here 4 nights in April 2024. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location although the front bedroom suffered from traffic noise, especially emergency sirens. Gianluigi who communicated with us throughout was very helpful and sent videos to help us navigate our late arrival. The building is beautiful and has a lift and the apartment was spacious and clean.
If we had wanted to prepare meals the cooking utensils were almost non-existent. One large very damaged Teflon frying pan and one very large saucepan and a ladle. That was about it. 4 mis-matching wine glasses - difficult to see why for just a few euros there might have been 6 matching glasses at least for a three bedroom apartment. There was a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and microwave but you had to plug and unplug appliances as there were too few working sockets. We ate out, other than breakfast.
Two of the bedrooms had no curtains and the shutters are louvred which keeps the sun out but not the daylight which meant that the rooms were light by 07am.

The view was amazing and the apartment was a good size. It was clean and Gianluigi was a great help to us, he made everything very simple for us and we are very grateful. If we were to go back to Rome we would definitely stay there again. Strongly recommend.

The location was fantastic and equidistant between the coliseum and the Vatican. All the major sites (Spanish steps, Pantheon, Altare della Patria) and many free under-rated gems are within 15 minutes walking. The host Gianluigi was very responsive and provided lots of great suggestions.
There are other apartments in the building which are not as spacious as the beautiful pictures in the listing appear. The 4th floor apartment main bedroom was nice and as big as the living room/eating area. The beds were enough, but lumpy mattresses and folding frames. Would appreciate more basics like oil in the kitchen.

The location is excellent!
The property is old and many equipment does not work, like the coffee machine and heating towel rack. And it has bad sound while closing the bedroom door and bathroom door.

The location was perfect! Close to Via Del Corso and a 30 minute walk from the Vatican City🫶 The apartment was spacious and a great space for a family of 8 .
The refrigerator was not cleaned well and the pull out couch was really worn making it difficult to use as a couch.

Absolute beautiful apartment. High ceilings with all the amenities provided. Large and comfortable!!!! The air conditioning inside the apartment worked beautifully and was so refreshing after a hot day site seeing. The most perfect location in the center of Rome. We had relatives visit us who live in Rome and were telling us how great the location was. We were able to walk to the Vatican, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, piazza Novona and pantheon, Campo di Fiori and more! Easy to get Uber black from this location for further spots like the colosseum. The provider was so helpful in helping
us with transport to and from the airport and also with any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone!!!!

Location is perfect, AC worked very well, Balcony was good, provided a small space to enjoy the river and outdoors
They allowed us to check in an hour early, which was good given the heat in Italy. Even if that was not possible they would have kept our baggage for us. Very responsive
Bathtub had a black slip guard mat, and could see hair at the edges, just felt could have been cleaned better

Nice spacious apartment in beautiful old building( better than hotels with tiny rooms). Walking distance to many of the sites, restaurants, shopping or to transportation. Fairly quiet area, right on river. Heavy security door to secure building for evening. Gianluigi was great. Came to welcome us with city map & showed where to go-sites, restaurants, etc. Wonderful bakery-coffee shop right over the bridge.

This accommodation was perfectly located to everything in central Rome. We were on the 4th floor of a lovely building near a main road/intersection. Traffic or noise was not a concern at all. The host remained in touch during our stay to ensure all was OK and assisted with a few additional requests. There was ample space for a family of 4, with a separate bedroom for the parents, great kitchen facilities and the added bonus of a washing machine.

Best location in Rome. Central to all the sights. Only about a 15-30 minute walk to all the attractions. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Supermarket only a few blocks away. Nestled along the tiger river. Two bedroom apartment with a washing machine, which is a bonus. Only about 35-45- minutes from the airport. A 10-15 minute ride from the Roma Terminal Station.

I can definitely recommend. Gianluigi was very friendly and helpful. Very easy to contact the host. The location is great, short walk to Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, as well as to Vatican. Definitely recommend.
