It is a family owned hotel:) Wonderful location! Right next to Old Tbilisi Town and blessed Bridge. The Bus Stop is right there! But we were using Bolt and Yandex. Very easy to get from A to B. Also there is tour guide David +995 599 96 13 53 highly recommend to call this guy👆🏼
No elevator, and could be very loud from street rooms.

Staff are amazing and ready to answer any questions about the city. Location is in walking distance from all fun things in Old Town. Breakfast is simple and tasty. The building only has 5 guest rooms, so it keeps an intimate family feel. If your expectations are a 3 star hotel, you will love it.
The neighbouring bar plays music very loud into the night. Mattress was old and took a few nights to get use to.

Fantastic location right by the Peace Bridge and a pedestrian street of excellent restaurants. Nice Frida Kalo theme. Good views from balcony.
Noisy at night from loud music and traffic from main road. No kettle in room and no lift.

The room had a great view and was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating when I arrived from an early flight in strong my suitcase.
The breakfast was not inappropriate for Georgian Hotels but could be better. It was somewhat confusing to find the entry as it is NOT the street address but effectively the back gate nearest the river.
