Staff. Especially Sedo Mustafa , he was extremely helpful and supportive.
Location is good.
1. Photos in booking are not real. Hotel is old and not well maintained.
2. No proper curtains ,the moment the sun rises, you wont be able to sleep if you're sensitive.
3. Housekeeping is unbelievable. They dont clean well. They keep only one cup for the cofee . The linens were not clean and they were cut from the middle.
4. Although we didn't have breakfast , we were offered it as complimentary due to our disappointment. The breakfast itself was poor.
The only two good things in this hotel are the location and staff.
