I want to express my thoughts about my recent stay at the hotel. The highlight for me was the exceptional service provided by one individual, Furqan. His friendly demeanor, professionalism, and warm smile made a significant difference in my experience.

Unfortunately, I must mention that the rest of the staff I interacted with did not meet these standards. It felt as if I was in an academy rather than a hotel, lacking respect and courtesy in their interactions. This was particularly evident with the personnel directing the parking, who seemed to have no sense of hospitality or respect for the guests.
