The bar area and bedroom was spacious, clean and very welcoming for pets (we have two spaniels). It is a great place.

Cleanliness , friendly staff and good food.
I was concerned that the rooms allowed dogs but to be fair it was clean and I wouldn’t have known.
It would be nice if they had 1or 2 pet free rooms . But as I said the room was immaculately clean.

Food for evening meal excellent and breakfast superb/
Only thing missing in room was hairdryer. Only staying for one night so didn't really matter and would have mentioned to excellent staff if staying for longer

Welcoming staff and decent rooms. Typical pub menu was good, breakfast ok except for under cooked poached eggs.
We asked for a quiet room. Our room was fine but being on the front corner there was a lot of traffic noise early in the morning.
Bed had a winter quilt- too much in the summer.
