Sofitel Hongqiao was superb - beautifully designed, elegant, and extremely well maintained. The entire property has a refined luxury feel, and everything from the lobby to the rooms is thoughtfully done. Service was exceptional. Every request was handled within minutes, including the check‑in and check‑out process, which was impressively fast and smooth. The staff were consistently attentive, warm, and professional.
The location is a major advantage. Being very close to Hongqiao High‑Speed Train Station and Hongqiao Airport makes travel incredibly convenient. Cafés, malls, and dining options nearby were an added benefit, making it easy to step out for food or coffee without needing long commutes.
Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will certainly return to this property.
