Grand, beautiful, very kind & friendly staffs, which made you have a wonderful stay.
The property was a bit aged after so many years, but good to know that renovation has been taken place.

The check in experience should be more efficient...wait time was over 10mins ...also I drove into the hotel and needed over night parking ...considering the room rates are already quite high and I'm a local going there in a staycation, I would highly recommend that the $190 parking fee be exempt....we booked 2 rooms, though only stayed for one night....had a buffet dinner at the hotel.....lots of money was spent....I think Disney doesn't need to charge the overnight parking fee unless parking is full, which isn't nornally...a bit disappointed with that. There was no one to collect the parking ticket so even if I left without paying (which I didn't because that wouldn't have been honest)....so what's the point in chargunt when nobody ensures that payment is made.
Just don't charge for overnight parking for people who are staying at the hotel over night...lots of restaurants don't charge parking at a restaurant if one dines there....this should be the same for the hotel, wouldn't you want us to spend the money at your shop instead?

Experience really valuable and meaningful. Very much enjoyed our stay and loved meeting the characters.
Maybe more options of food in the kingdom club or a better rotation. We stayed for 6 nights and the option got boring after a few days

Close to Disney land as the kids were exhausted.
The transport to the hotel from the park Was always available.
Quite far from the city.
Communication with the staff was quite hard as place being visited by international visitors the menu of all places including room service was limited.
They tried with Halal options but confused with kosher.
All in all is just cultural and religious awareness needs to be empowered
