Very good location with large rooms and amazing view

Very large room, also large bathroom, all very clean, if you book "seaside" it's including an unbelievable beautiful view to the seaside and sunrises from a large balcony; amazing breakfast with a huge selection; in general friendly staff. At least they immediately offered to change room since door didn't work well, but I didn't want to pack and repack, and I wanted to help them "to solve instead of ignore problems". :-) A lot of parking space and a good environment make it easy to enjoy life there, e.g., it's near to walk to main center of village along seaside, with restaurants and shops, where you get anything you need, with good restaurants as well.

Maintenance stuff needed 3 days (!!) to repair door of room which didn't close (the automatic door closer was "too weak" adjusted), only after I insisted and showed videos also from other room of my colleague (which worked correct) a technician came along with hands in pockets, not very friendly, you could see and feel that he didn't want to work (...), finally, after I showed him what to do (yes, I had to show him !!) he adjusted the door locker and it worked. Also, some of the staff at the bar at night (ground level) was rather inattentive. It always took several "hello?" and "excuse me?" before these guys came along to take a new order (...). And they didn't listen: what is so difficult to understand "please bring extra ice for drinks"... we had to pull ice off the ice bucket for the bottle :-((. Strange and unappetizing, and not very clever, they could have made even more revenue.

Over priced and underwhelmed

The location was great

Over priced. Only one towel for pool that must be returned each day. No Sun loungers available or parasols. Shared hotel with the hotel Olympia which is cheaper and far bigger and lots of families. Hence why we could not get a sun lounger The food is awful at this hotel. Go into the seafront for food

Good but not perfect

The facilities were great, rooms are big and breakfast was very good with plenty of options. We got a room with sea view which was very nice, although a bit noisy at night, up until the midnight, because of the activities (restaurants, bars, games) on the beach. The pools are great but they close at 8pm, which is a pity. (9pm the infinite one on 9th floor, which we liked very much).

We couldn't use the balcony, nor keep the balcony door open, when the neighbors were using theirs, as both left and right neighbors were smoking and there was a lot of smoke passing above the separations between balconies. As architectural these separations may be, they offer almost no separation in terms of sound and smoke. The room is spacious with comfy beds but the pillows are too big and firm. Could not use them. Although the bathroom is big, the shower slope is too small so there was a lot of watter coming out of the shower screen, almost running in the room. Not so annoying, but last 2 days they didn't clean the toilet seat and did not replace the complimentary 2 capsules of coffee.

Nice stay excellent view brilliant facilities but pricey

Room view amazing . Higher level you go the nicer it is . We was on level 7. Room was modern and comfortable Swimming pools and busy promenade nearby , excellent .

Room service menu Price slightly expensive No iron in room , don’t like iron service and waiting for clothes to be done. Staff communication is slightly poor esp with directions and conversation but i realise it’s people in Croatia are like this I’ve gotten to find out

Food at the restaurant Sky was amazing. Staff was very polite and helpfull. The room was clean and the balcony had amazing view.

Amazing experience plagued by little kids :D

Room, view, short walking distance to old town from hotel. Breakfast and dinner were great, many food choices to choose from. Great jacuzzi with sauna and nearby heated pool.

Main problem with the hotel - only two elevators. Even though we were at the hotel in the off-season, we usually had to wait for elevator for few minutes. It was a big problem for us since we had a room on top floor. Another issue, even though it concernes only couples - there are just too many kids, making it difficult to find some piece and quiet.

Superb

The room and the view were great. The breakfast was very very good and there were a lot of choices. Also we really liked and enjoyed the restaurant at the 10th floor. The staff overall was super friendly.

Everything was great and the room was very clean but the carpet was not vacuumed really thorough.. There were hairs in the carpet (that is something we notice just because we have a small crawling baby).

amazing stay super clean hotel

super clean great rooftop pool spacious room with an amazing view excellent location

staff were slow on the rooftop bar with drinks. glasses were also smashed and glass was not cleaned up afterwards, we had to do this lifts are far too slow - need more lifts food at breakfast very poor

It was perfect stay.

Breakfast was excellent.Pools are excellent too. Water was a little cold.

Paying parking is unreasonable.Architecturaly hotel is beautiful. Main entrance is just stupid.

I would come back

Breakfast was awesome, food in general was exceptional. Liked the honeycomb presentation am and some meat meals for dinner. All was good. Staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Good parking and access to a great beach. Had a few good swims, although it was early in the season.

There was a gala dinner at the end of my meeting and the main course was served at midnight. Ruined the whole thing. Exposure to COVID !! No idea what was the name of the beach in front of the hotel.

Hotel doesn’t really cater for vegetarians. Few places to eat out of season ( before July). No irons only laundry service. Poor breakfast
