Fair value considering the location, but needs renovation

The location is great, very close to the Encamp funicular (lift). There's everything you might need in the apartment, and the beds are alright.

Keys pickup is organized at the reception, which is located in a different village (15-20 minutes drive). If someone is coming by bus, this is extremely inconvenient. The apartment needs maintenance. There are blown light bulbs, broken chairs, broken window shades, and a bathtub that falls apart. There's underground parking under the house, but it's unavailable for the guests. The closest parking is under the funicular, and it's €90 per week, so add this to the price of the apartment. Inside the apartment, there's not much room to store your belongings – the closets are not organized and lack shelves.

Very good

Perfect location, just 5 minutes from Funicamp by foot (10 with small kids) and 5 minutes from the center of Encamp which has a few nice restaraunts and great children playgrounds (also check the car museum, unexpectedly nice). Enough space in the apartment for a family of four, good heating, nice view from the living room. 4 parking spaces in front of the building are usually occupied but you can either park at Funicamp parking (it has a lower rate abonement for longer-term stays + your car will double as an equipment locker) or if you don't mind some walking, you can park almost for free in the streets going down to Encamp center.

The furniture and wardrobes could use some refreshment, 3 out of 4 chairs in the dinner area were close to the end of their lifetime, the water heater works unpredictably (expect water to change from cold to hot at unexpected times), there's no washing machine/dishwasher (as stated in the description, no surprise there), the bath drain was clogged when we arrived (some Destop quickly fixed that), we could use better blankets (we're not used to a combo of a bed sheet + wool blanket) and some big cups for tea. You could hear the neighbors, but that's what you always get in an apartment building, plus they were quite during the night. All things listed here are minor nuisances, but prevented me from giving the place a 9 or 10.

Best location to stay for skiing/snowboarding at Andorra.

Great location, 5 mins walk to the funicamp using a shortcut through the funicamp parking. Got a nice view from 4th floor to the funicamp party with fireworks. Encamp is a closest city to Andorra La Vella, so it doesn't take much time to go to the Caldea SPA by bus.

The windows are old and not good for winter season. So it's a little bit cold because of that. But there are a lot of blankets. There are also a lot of heaters, so drying clothes is still not a problem.
