Motorcycle touring, hotel on top of the hill, away from Andorra's chaotic, busy roads. Quiet location next to a ski slope chairlift. Good sized room, with a kettle - a rarity! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quickly catered for partners gluten intolerance.
Bar a bit pricey for a duty free state. Took the half board option, patience required at mealtimes as several bus loads of guests rather overloaded the buffet stations. Although, impressed with the waitresses who magically made it all work. If you are staying best advice would be dine 30 minutes after the restaurant opens and the queue thins.

The staff were lovely and perfect in every way. It’s right next to the chair life and national park.
Bed’s were incredibly uncomfortable. Thin walls, we even paid more for a higher floor but could still hear everything in the hallways/ above and below us. No hot tub even though advertised. Rust in the bath. Really overpriced for what you get and I really don’t agree with or understand the 4 star rating.
