Perfect location for walks with dogs. Cottage had so many special touches, bowls and towel for dogs, kitchen well equipped with tea bags coffee etc milk in fridge. Beautifully decorated and laid out. We loved it. Lots of wildlife too.

We loved the proximity to the woods - we saw lots of wonderful wildlife. The cottage was really comfortable and had everything we needed. We slept well. Great base for exploring the Forest of Dean and its delights.
The cottage is on the road between Parkend & Coleford, so there is some fast traffic at certain times of day. The mattresses (but that could just be my preference for a firmer mattress).

Great location beautiful cottage that felt very private - having a bbq was great too
Mattresses are quite soft which for some people will be fine but just to individual taste!

nothing really stood out to me to make me think wow, it was average.
dog poo in the garden which we had to get up very hard towels poor lighting in the garden when walking out at night Only able to watch BBC channels unless you can sign into your own Netflix, Disney account but DVDs available
