The location is amazing, maybe 100 feet to the Metro Colliseo station and 200 feet to the actual Colliseum.
Very nice location for walking around the Roman forum and the Colliseum. Easy access to bus lines to go anywhere in Rome.
The weather was very warm around 96 degrees F, and the AC made this apartment an oasis to come home to.
The hot water was not working well, but the manager was very responsive and it didn’t matter much since it was so hot during my stay.

Everything was perfect for my stay in Rome! Francesca was very helpful throughout and was quick to respond to any questions I had! The apartment was exactly how it looked on the pictures provided and very clean! The location is spectacular allowing you to walk to all the main roman attractions! I would reccomend this apartment to everyone!

Location is great. There was a decent living room + dining room, and a well equipped kitchen. As a welcomming we recieved a bottle of red wine which was nice. :) Colosseum was super close, however, there was no view on it from the room (although really super close), and there were plenty of places around where you could have a nice breakfast.
We were there in cold December/January and the heating was not sufficient. The bathroom needs some renewal (e.g. running tap in the shower). The bed mattress was uncomfortable, it was already quite deformed. My wife had very bad sleep on it. I also missed that we have not recived enough shower gel (only 2 of these super small hotel-sized shower gels for 4 nights and 2 people).
