Excellent location just a minute away from the nearby train station, and the line goes straight to the airport.
They advertise an airport shuttle, but unless you are going extremely early to the airport, it's not really worth it.
Lots of space inside the room, good for a last night in Taipei to get ready for a flight room. Excellent bath and shower, bed comfortable.
Staff were friendly. The hotel is on some high floors in another building, but it was OK to find.
Everything was fine.

Awesome location next to A22 MRT.
Beds and linens comfortable.
24hr reception.
Clean room with mini-frig and bottled water, water kettle, mugs and tea bags.
Walls a bit thin - could hear neighbor snoring and sneezing.
Room heating & cooling was a bit hard to understand operations (everything in Chinese), but worked fine after we figured out the settings.

Bed was comfy and room was clean. Located right beside train station direct to Airport/Taipei Main Station. Walking distance to night market.
Hotel was reconstructed from office space, so do expect weird layouts. Half of my room was occupied by beds and the other half was an entire bathroom 2 steps higher than then rest of the room. This meant the toilet area was super spacious and you could do yoga there and watch the sunset if you pull up the blinds. Other than the weird layout, I have not much issues with the 1 night layover.
