The location was very convenient, it was right next to the bus station and the train station (about 5-7mins walk). There were lots of food options around and I was good with that

Hotel was clean and spacious
When booking hotel said they provided a shuttle to and from airport. This was not the case and we had to pay for two taxis which were expensive. Hotel’s location is not not close to the airport.

Very accessible location, simple no-frills dinner can be bought at take-away kiosks nearby.
Only a small table with a single chair, makes it difficult to share food with your companion.

I like the room. It is comfortable and clean
Im so disappointed with the staff honestly. From the receptionist to the cleaner who i asked for assistance because they forgot to put inside the refrigerator those bottled water..
Also the receptionist since i was 2 hours earlier before checking time. I ask her if i can checked in at 1pm. But i think she overpriced me. Since as far as i know it is only 150per hour. But she collected me 550nt dollar. For 2 hours earlier maybe the price is so unreasonable for me. Im so disappointed with the staff.again they were rude to us yesterday and not so approachable.
