Great location, lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Although the room was over a busy pub, you would never have known this as it was peaceful and quiet. Guest parking was free and easy via a 1 time sign in on the iPad. Great breakfast.

I would be being very picky as we stayed during storms Austen and Boelo, but singled glazed wooden windows did let in quite a draft. Once the storms had passed, there were no problems.

The breakfast was nice.the location is very good.and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was small the toilet and the shower room had no blinds up at the windows overall I did not think it was good value for the money we paid.plus outside our window was a very noisy extractor fan was running until the bar closed.
