Freindly welcome, Lovely and clean.

The only thing The room was so warm even with the fan on and the radiator switched off, but that is not a problem if you like heating I prefer a cool room.

Bedroom was lovely and modern. Very clean. Had everything you need. Location very good.

Car parking problems with folk from surrounding air BnBs parking in the car park. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. As its on a main road traffic very noisy.

Ease of check in. Quiet despite being above pub. Location

Reported WiFi issues on arrival, these were not fixed and we were not informed of any progress towards a fix. Bathroom towels thin and small and no shower floor mat Pillows uncomfortable though recognise this is personal preference
