About this house rental
Located in Briarcliffe Acres, this attractive house for $235 per night is a great option for your next trip. **PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.** At iTrip North Myrtle Beach, we help make the most of your vacation when you stay with us by providing FREE admission to the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show and the Barefoot Queen Riverboat Dinner Cruise (excluding January). For stays that begin May 1 - Sept 30, also included are the Dolphin Adventure Cruise, Broadway Grand Prix, and Myrtle Waves (Memorial Day - Labor Day)! Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. This rental is located right outside Barefoot Landing in a nice, well kept neighborhood. Close to everything and has access to the resort pools , etc ..Inside the home there is plenty of room for 6 to be comfortable with the bedrooms located on each end of a U shaped floorplan. There is also a totally secure courtyard for grilling or relaxing. A double car garage will keep your vehicle safe and secure. In my opinion the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this rental. Key pickup was also quick and painless.

The house was great and suited all 6 of us. We loved the feature of calling the shutter that took us to the pool or beach and across route 17 to the shopping center or to have drinks and something to eat or just shop. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful and we are planning next years’ vacation at the same location.

Stayed for Labor Day Weekend with my family for a softball tournament and was perfect. House has really nice amenities, and an easy walk to the pool. Would be great to return again next time we are here.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The carpet in the home is extremely dirty. Need to be replaced or at least cleaned. The size of the house was fine as were all other amenities.

Worst rental vacation ever. Just to start the cleaning team was horrible,they need step by step training on how to prepare a home for guest. The courtyard was dirty,leaves and birds nests,the outdoor furniture was gross, black fungus,which I called about, they sent out someone to clean but after that the cushion were soaked, So family could not use the are for 3 days. Maint. Team followed up on problems promptly but. Had 4 different visits. Not my idea of a vacation with strange people in the house. Not worth the thousands I paid, felt like a upgraded Motel 6.

Nice house, great resort. The itrip team really helped us out when we had to extend our stay by 2 nights due to an emergency. All it took was one email and a quick conversation and we were all set. Enjoyed the experience.

I’m a returning guest. This was my second stay. I visited this property back in 2021. It didn’t disappoint once again. The cleanliness’s and updated property was still awesome.

Lovely place. Will definitely stay here again. Regret I gave the older sisters the Master Bedroom but the others were lovely too. The courtyard when you come in the front is the center piece.

Loved the house, management was fantastic! The kitchen needs some help with utensils and pans. Most of the pans were chipping and almost unusable. Minimal kitchen dishes. Other then that the house was great.

The place was beautiful , loved the layout of the house. The area was very quiet. Walk to the beach was not far. Also many places to walk to to eat! When we picked up our packet, the woman was very nice.

Stayed 4 nights at the resort for a destination wedding. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults, very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was not too far to the pool and beach if you wanted to walk although the shuttle was easy to arrange if needed. It was a great experience.

The check in process was simple. Living room furniture could use updating. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our week at the beach, very nice that the owner provided an umbrella. We finally used on our last day at the beach.

We book with iTrip every year that we’ve been to North Myrtle. It is such a seamless check in and check out process. This year we ran into an issue when we tried to run the dishwasher for the first time. I contacted maintenance via text and they were there the very same day and fixed it! Thank you iTrip for everything! We will see you next year! ☺️

I absolutely loved this house! My family and I usually stay in the suites, but the house was way better hands down. The shuttle is so convenient, I absolutely loved everything about it. We will definitely be returning.
